SIGMA’s process for asset recovery is as follows: 

  1. Asset Consolidation
    Consolidating your idle equipment empowers us to create a game plan for what comes next. We’ll help you assess your situation, from storage, valuation, and more.
  2. Asset Removal
    This allows us to gather all of the idle equipment, properly clean and document the assets, and add them to our inventory system. No matter what your next steps are, we are able to properly consolidate all equipment into an accessible and user-friendly application. 
  3. Asset Documentation

Once we receive your equipment, we clean it up using our 5,000 sq. ft wash bay, where we make your equipment look like new using pressure washers, steam, CO2, and more. From there, our team will place it on a custom-made skid before it’s photographed and stored in our facility.

  1. Redeployment
    If you need to move equipment from one location to the next, our redeployment team is ready when you are! Using our software, let us know where your equipment needs to go and our wheels are put into motion. Our logistics team then coordinates the freight and shipping. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. 
  2. Shop Services and Outside Sale
    If your equipment needs to be reconditioned, our Engineering Services team is ready to assist you. From making repairs and cycle testing to full-line integration or set-to-size services, our team is able to get your equipment back online quickly and efficiently.

    If you opt to sell your equipment to earn additional revenue and free up space, our dedicated sales team is able to assist with finding your piece a new home for a reasonable price.
  3. Recycle
    If your equipment is not able to be salvaged, our team can assist you in recycling. Utilizing our SIGMA Surplus services, we are able to retain value for your equipment by recycling it for spare parts. Once the equipment has been salvaged, our team will handle recycling so you can continue to be sustainable and profitable.
